Clarence Robert " Brownie" Brown, age 60, of Chillicothe, died 8:25 p.m. Saturday July 13, 2002 in  University Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio  following an extended illness ( heart condition).

He was born May 15,1942 in Chillicothe to Clarence O. and Ruth Doles Brown. On September 14, 1963 he married Patrica A. Madden, who survives.

In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include a son Bobbie Brown; and a daughter, Lori ( Tracy) Wilson, all of Chillicothe. three grandsons, Richie Brown, Nathan Brown and Josh Brown; a granddaughter, Justine Brown; two sisters, Patrica ( Ted) Schuler, Glen Allen. Virginia and Carolyn ( Russell ) Carper . Topsail Island, N.C.; a sister-in-law, Beatrice Madden; and a brother-in-law, Gilbert ( Delores) Madden , all of Chillicothe, several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m.Tuesday in the Haller Funeral Home. Private graveside services will follow in Doles Cemetery, Ray, Ohio. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Haller's
