Joan Dennewitz Zonner, age 23 , of 644 Vine Street. was dead on arrival at Chillicothe Hospital early Friday morning, December 17, 1965, as a result of injuries received earlier in an auto accident on Route 104.

She was born November 12, 1942 to James H. and Clarabell Pettit Dennewitz. Her father was killed during World War II. On January 28,1961 she married Kenneth D. Zonner who survives.

Also surviving are her mother and stepfather , Mr. and Mrs. Albert H. Ervin of Chillicothe; two sons, Douglas A. and Richard A. at home.; a brother, Spec 4 James H. Dennewitz with the Army at Arlington Hall Station, Virginia.; two half sisters, Marcus and Cindy L. Ervin of Chillicothe and the paternal grandparents, the Reverend and Mrs. Joseph Dennewitz of Route 8.

Service for Joan Zonner will at 2 p.m. Monday in the Heiby Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe. Friends may call after 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
