OK, despite my husband's objections (three kids, work, countless other hobbies...) I feel a burning desire to get the ball rolling on this reunion. I certainly don't want to step on anyone's toes if plans have already started - and would actually be REALLY appreciative if they had - but I want to at least offer to help (since I believe that was the main post-graduation responsibility of the class officers). Is anyone aware of any plans in the works? Any ideas? I'm a good 4 hours away but would love to help organize as much as possible. Our biggest constraint for the last reunion was that no one was willing to spend much money, and reunions in general aren't cheap. Please keep that in mind while we're brain-storming - we could lean more toward the informal family picnic type event with the option of letting everyone get together on their own in the evening? Or make the evening dinner the formal event with an optional family gathering during the weekend? Just throwing out some ideas - PLEASE chime in or let me know if there are already plans in the works - I'm seriously starting to lose sleep over this!!
