Tina Black Magill

Played 2 years basketball at Shawnee State while receiving my Associates Degree. Started my Career with the State of Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction in 1987 and continued my education and received my Bachelors Degree with Ohio University of Chillicothe. I have coached basketball, track, softball, and cheerleading. I am now coaching Varsity Volleyball at Huntington and 11 year old girls (Rikki) with Southern Ohio Volleyball Culb. I also tried my hand at helping with her 5th grade girls basketball team and trust me, varsity was much easier! My Son graduated with honors and received Player of the Year in Golf. Craig is on the golf team at Shawnee State. He wants to be a teacher. My husband was in the Air Force for four years and then worked in a factory for 15 years before he decided he was missing out on the kids. He is now a bus driver for Huntington and loves every bit of it. My dad passed away but the rest of my family lives within 20 minutes and we visit each other all the time.

I still miss Tammy after all these years. Tammy & Lisa at the Fair. Barbara and the rides on the bus. Reading the letter with Bucky in English class. I loved playing sports with Peggy, Dana, Machele, Beth, Linda & Candy. Senior Trip - with Beth, Sonie and Peggy. I still remember the big fight with Kim and Machele and who sit with who (Mike & Who)! Singing rain drops keep falling on my head with Karen and her fixing me up with Rick. Going to the state in volleyball. Going to the Prom with Andy! Spending all my weekends with Rhonda (now that was some fun times). Eating the brownie with Troy (not so much fun but boy what a memory) Senior skip day with Peggy & Sonie (Scott putting on my Bra!) Freshman attendant and walking with David. Hanging out with Brett (missing him when he left!). Getting my first kiss under the bleachers at a basketball game with Scott. Scoring my 1000 pts. Getting Player of the year in basketball. Getting my first paddling with Billy (it was his fault no matter what he says!) Cheating on our History exam in Rick Bethel's class:) Bobbi and Tonya in the senior class play, lol. Tracey and her long finger nails. Cindy always being nice to everyone. Getting a love note from Brad at the banquet. Dwayne helping me in Science. Going to the SE game with Terry (BTW, did I ever say thank you). Corning cars at Mike's. I remember the big star on the side of the cop car as it slid toward us. Toilet papering the school just for them to have it cleaned up before school started!

I love reading other peoples stories, It reminds me of things I forgot.....like sneeking in the movies with Beth, Sonie and Peggy!
