returned to Canada for a 35 year career with Corrections Canada (entry level with advancements to Executive Management), 1 year deployment to Afghansitan with Canadian Mission in Kandahar, RCMP Auxiliary Cst., retirement and then private consultant work in area of Public Security.
Active Canadian Criminal Justice Association, International Corrections & Prisons Association, Correctional Service of Canada Retirees Association (President), National Association of Federal Retirees, Central Fraser Valley (President), L.I.N.C. Society (Board Member). Administering/delivering a harm avoidance program for NFP Societies. Lay advisor for BC Cancer Agency.
Spare Time: Writing, volunteering, mentoring, astronomy, fly fishing, swimming.

Spent far too much energy having a good time instead of applying myself academically. Terrific memories of involvement in social activities and theatrical endeavors.
