Yes! Attending Reunion
Comments:

Wow, after graduation, I already had Greg who was 1 at the time. We moved to Blacksburg and lived for about 3 years, as I-started some college classes for pre-nursing. I met Phillip who became my husband, married in 1996 and had Adam and Gabe. We lived in Christiansburg as he became a CPA and I became an RN. My goal was to become a flight nurse and work with UVA. I did nursing for about 9 years, focusing on emergency medicine, and pediatric and neonatal emergency and critical care. This is what was needed before I would be able to join the flight team. Phillip and I divorced in 2005. I had started having health issues and became pretty sick. My doctor made me stop working and my dream for flight nurse ended, because on top of having a muscle disease with kidney complications, I now had a complicated failing back. During this time I met Kevin who is now my partner, planning on marrying him. Besides my kids he is the most wonderful thing in my life! I miss my career, but hope to have surgery sometime after June this year. Hopefully I can get back to work, and at least continue to enjoy my career as a nurse. I have always loved it! I live in Franklin County right now with Kevin. My kids are shared between Phillip and I since I am in pain and unable to care for them full time until I get better. (That sucks, but it is what's best for them right now) Greg is 21 and hoping to become a police officer and has and has two little children Alexa 2, and Matthew 3! I'M A GRANDMOTHER, OH MY GOSH!! THAT'S RIDICULOUS! (I could smack him! Adam is my athletic one, he loves all sports and is making A's in school. He wants to be a MBL player! Gabe is my little artist and musician! He is extremely talented and loving! Anyway, there is so much more I could share- 20 years is a long time!!!! I hope I am able to attend the reunion and see everyone! If not, I wish everyone well!

School Story:

Gosh, there are so many things, those were good times, although I ended up with a baby before I graduated, uggh! I remember having to go to that little building beside the high school when I was pregnant, and "showing". I remember when I went in to labor, the high school called Heath (Loar), aka, dad, down to the office to tell him I was in labor. He frantically ran out to his car and drove right by the little building and went on to the hospital! He forgot me! My aunt ended up getting me there! Ha!

I loved my freshman year, mainly hanging out in music and with all the seniors that played music, especially those drummers! I had so many good time with them all!

And of course hanging out with my best friends, especially Jenny Brann and Lori Ballard! I wouldn't have gotten through any of those years without them to have fun with!!!
