In Memory

As we recall the pages of our yearbooks

and reflect on pages of life,

We have some engrained fond memories

As well as some just filled with strife

There were those we thought we'd walk through life with,

Together, Forever, Undoubtedly,

But some of our precious friends lives took turns,

That we could not foresee

And we hope that someday those memories will blossom,

As we water them with our tears

Continually praying for strength and hope,

To help carry us through the years

There are thoughts that lie within our hearts,

Too deep for words to say

So many questions in our minds,

As to why they went away,

But Heaven celebrates their presence,

And the angels rejoice with song,

We lift our voice in chorus,

We love you...Goodbye...So Long
