Information provided by Jim Ferguson. When he returned from Vietnam he called himself Will and was a troubled soul. We spent a lot of time together over the years prior to his death, but the war was something he refused to discuss. His ashes have been scattered across the head waters of the Fourth of July Creek in Idaho and at a place in the Elkhorn Valley also in Idaho.

I grew up with Bill, our families were friends as well. He was a sweetheart, kind and sensitive. Unfortunately, his experience in Viet Nam proved to be more than he could live with and he passed in 1988 in Idaho. Thank you for your friendship, fun and smiles Bill, and for your work in defending freedom. Forever in my heart. Judith

I remember Bill from Lillian J Rice Elementery school. We played on the dirt play ground and had a lot of fun. It was easy to have a crush on him because he was such a cutie. He was one the few I have remember over the years because he was so nice. I remember you well Bill, thanks for making life better with your great and friendly smile. Terri Adams Biesinger
