
Gordon Nash passed away on May 1, 2013 in Liberty, MO from cancer. Gordon enlisted in the U.S Air Force after high school. Finishing his military duty (a Sergeant E-5) he became a truck driver in St. Louis, MO. He is survived by wife Deborah, sons Joel (April), Casey (Cathy), Gordon (Bobbi), and Gary (Laura). He also leaves 4 granddaughters and 2 great-grandsons, his sister Sandy Uphoff and brother, George Nash.
Gordon was active in the Cadet Corps. He was a nice guy who lived a good life. He and his wife annually played Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus as they were both round and jolly in appearrance. They enjoyed working the Christmas Season bringing joy.

I'm so sorry to hear of Gordon's passing. I met Gordon while we served the school in the California Cadet Corps. He was always upbeat and cheerful - I enjoyed spending time with him. My deepest sympathy to his family - I know he will be missed.
