Well, I think I will pass on that day.  I have no   problems driving up to Cleveland, but not that Friday.  Highway traffic will be awful, expecially exits near major shopping (which is about half of them).  Under normal conditions, it would take me 1.5 hours to get there.  Any other day would be fine with me.

So sorry to hear about your job ending Barbara.  It is very stressful trying to find employment at our age.  Good luck on your search.I am also looking for re employment having been laid off last March!!  If you get a chance to watch Tom Brokaw's 'Boomers" on MSNBC, it is VERY enlightening about our generation. It also addresses the job search we have at our age!!  Good documentary!!

I have no idea what I"m doing over Thanksgiving day weekend but I suspect most of it will be with my family. I would say...make plans and if I can come, I will. It's my nephew's 18th birthday that weekend in addition to the holiday.

We are leaving Sunday morning so anything I do has to be on Saturday. I do have plans to meet one friend during the day sometime.

I'll let you all know my plans as they unfold!!
