Hi Everyone....
It was fun mingling amongst you..What a fun night!
Beth: Glad you made it! Wish we had more time...next time in Fort Misery! Hope you had a very successful and pleasant stay with your family.
Sandy N...what a surprise to see you! Stay well.
Louie....need time to catch up with you!
Sandy Thanks for posting group pic! It actually came out! Its a brand new camera and it was the first shots I took...and it didn't quite look right...but I will work on it for the Adirondack-Maine trip this week! The ones with you and Gracia were a hoot!
Hope to see more of you at the next gathering! Where ever it is!

Aloha, This forum has been amazing for all of us that have gotten involved. While the Cleveland group was having a ball (I wish I could be there for all of the gatherings but not enough to fly over!), I reconnected with Susan a few times. She had come to SD to do something with her sister and stayed at my house Wed pm. I had all my local girlfriends over for dinner. It was a blast, since in order to be one of my close peeps you HAVE to have a good sense of humor. Susan fit right in!! She left Thursday pm by train. Fri. pm I went over to Mommy's (she loves being called this!) house in LA. So again on Saturday Agnes aka: Mommy and I met up with Susan met her daughter and grandaughter xxoo, and had lunch at Malibu on the pier over the beautiful ocean. It was so fun as my mother too has a great sense of humor! Afterward Susan was our tour guide and drove us through Beverly Hills and Hornby? Hills areas. God Bless you reunion people to do all this for us all!!!

No question about it. After this October reunion we will have a west coast reunion in 5 years. Between me, boycheck and Susan, we WILL make it happen....how you say....its all good...over and out cold!!!

Hi everyone. Just was wondering if anyone was interested in going to Sunday brunch, the day after the reunion!!! We can make the weekend a real eating and drinking marathon!! If your interested let me know and I can check out some places that can accomodate us. I think Embassy Suites has a brunch too or any other suggestions. Thanks!!!

Adrian, I am up for it but I have to run it by my reunion week date Joycey. I am arriving late Wed. leaving Mon afternoon and will see my sister and her family Thursday with Joyce as my bodygaurd, but other than that the rest of the time will be focused on the reunion. For those of you who are not planning to come Fri or Sat than how about Sun brunch?

Don't worry guys, I don't think it will be too early. I'm sure we will be up much later than our normal bedtime Saturday night, so whatever approximate time people would get up. Just trying to find out who is interested and then take it from there!!!

I don't think so. I probably won't feel like cooking and besides, I have three crazy cats running around. I think we will have to stick to a good restaurant. May be we can find one that will let us sit there the whole and work breakfast into lunch!!!

after saturday night it will be more like lunch into dinner

07/17/09 03:55 PM #2277

Adrian Friedlander

That would be OK too. Just as long as we can find a restaurant that will put up with us crazy people. I was just thinking brunch since some of us classmates are from out of town and may have flights going back that day. Whoever is interested and whatever they prefer is fine with me!!!

It sounds like you all had a great time last week. Sorry I couldn't be there. I'm going to Israel next Thursday for 2 1/2 weeks of Israeli dancing at the annual dance festival in Karmiel. Kenny, I would love to track down Yael, since I understand she attends as well.

I'm arriving in Cleveland on Wednesday night before the reunion and will stay for a week. I then am going to Columbus for a grad school anniversary celebration.

Looking forward to seeing you all at the reunion. I'm up for additional partying before and after the 2 official events.

Is anyone staying at any of the hotels?

Well...after some "consulting" with Sandy, I'm hoping some of us might want to get together that Friday morning before the reunion for breakfast. How does Yours Truly on Som Center and Wilson Mills sound? It's near the highway and we could aim for a breakfast on the "later side" to accommodate those of us who are traveling the night before...say 10:30ish...

07/18/09 12:20 PM #2281

Scott Poffenberger (Poffenberger)

Yours Truly on Fri AM sounds like a winner...

Also, due to lack of interest in the Thurs schvitz proposal... Shall we "punt" and open up to a co-ed activity (supper?) on Thurs eve?

Suggestions, please.

My flight arrives at 7:30 on Thursday night. Let me know where you're going to be and I'll just pop in.
