I was doing some research @ the Tate County Genealogical & Historical Society and came across Alvin's Obituary from the Tate County Democrat. The obituary stated that he was 38 years old when he died. He died Jan.15,2000.
It was sad to read about his passing.

Such a crazy person to ever be around! You were always a great friend in high school and although our paths never crossed again, you will always be remembered for your laughter, you smile and the memories of high school!

Alvin I knew you as a classmate, but I didn't know you that well. Any way you were part of us. RIP

Alvin Williams was a special person.I know if he had a chance to have be with us today,he would be smiling and joking. He never wore a frown and was always upbeat and positive. He was extremely smart but what a lot of people didn't know that he was a tremendous athlete and could have been on any of the teams at coldwater.I feel a very special bond for Alvin, because i had knew him and his family since kindergarden to the 12th grade.Rest in Peace.
