One good thing about being wrong is the joy it brings to others.

Well now you get me on my states rights issue. Nancy is someone that you and I cannot vote against, yet she has so much control over what happens in our lives. The federal gov't has taken a place in laws that they have no place being in and the states have allowed them to do it because they get federal funding.....if we really want change in this country we have to get back to "states rights" sorry but the only guys ever talking about that is Fred Thompson, Sarah Palin and Mitt Roomney. Wooo I am getting on my wagon aren't I?

WOW !!!!!!! THE PRIOR POST WERE ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! Brad, Dave, Lisa, Peggy, Tina, Becky and Joannie.... GREAT, GREAT posts!!! I loved reading them all!!!! I was very impressed with all of your talking points and opinions!!! I honestly never meant to stir up controversy, BUT THAT WAS SOME GREAT STUFF YOU GUYS WROTE!!!!!! Peggy, love ya girl... but I am not hurt or sad by comments made to me. Each one of our classmates has a right to express their views and opinions, and in all honesty..... I went over the top with my Rodney King comments. As far as my profile, no I'm not pulling it because I am hurt or mad, I have been wanting to change it and put some new comments and updated pictures on it for a while now, but I don't know how to the get the pictures from dis place to dat place onto my profile!!! I tried putting the Poloroid photos into the back of my computer, but they wouldn't fit!!!! My brother does it from his computer... ( Yep, that shows how smart I am ) !!!! New and updated profile coming soon, you guys aren't getting rid me that easy!!! Again, loved all your recent Posts, very insightful and thought provoking!! You guys have a great time at the Super Bowl party, be careful and don't drive drunk, completely wasted is O.K., you won't remember a thing !! (LOL) Seriously, be careful going home and get there safe and sound! Take Care Guys!! p.s., Steelers will win by a field goal!!!

Gary LaShier - Gary's wife of 19 years Kathy, died of a heart attack on 01/27/2009. Gary was chatting with her online at the time it happened while he was working offshore Angola, Africa. "I can't even begin to describe that four day transit to get home to deal with this loss. It was the longest four days of my life. My heart is broken. I have lost my better half and it will take a long time to get over this." Please keep Gary and his family in your prayers during this trying times.

Please keep all of our classmates on our Prayer List in your thoughts and prayers.

Hello everyone,

I don't know if I can make any more of these get togethers, ya'all keep me up to late I'm still tired.LOL

Wanted to say thank you to Mark and Nicki for having us all over. Also what Tina said about Mark is absolutely true.
30 years ago I would have never believed that we as a class would be doing this right now. While I knew most every ones names at the the party I never really talked with you at school other than Mark, Matt, and Danny and that was probably because they were on the baseball team too. At the the party it almost seemed to me that I had known everyone for years.

What I'm trying to say is those of you out there that may be hesitant about coming out to these gatherings because you didn't really know anybody that is going should come out anyway. You'll have fun and you will get to know everyone.

Once again great party Sunday and I for one look forward to the next one I can attend, hopefully Valentines Day.

Pam Hardegree (Reas)

Hey folks! Wish we could have been in Georiga instead of being iced in here in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. But, luckily for us, good ole Georgia Power sent the good guys and gals up here to help get electricity back on!!

The ice storm was and still is devastating to many people. Today is 8 days that a lot of folks haven't had power. We were some of the lucky ones and only lost power for 1 day.

This morning our wind chill was -2, and our high today is supposed to be 22. I'm dreaming of being on a beach somewhere with one of those umbrella drinks in my hand. Don't worry, be happy.........

02/04/09 05:55 PM #1554

Peggy Daniel (Cawthon)

Pam, I DO NOT envy you at all!!!! They closed the schools here again today because of ice and a bit of snow. I do not like cold weather, so I think I'll join you on that imaginary beach.

Robin Dennard (Matlock)

Hello to all!!! Terry and I also had a great time, and it was great to see everyone and I total agree with what Brad said. And what Tina said about Mark also. Terry's uncle passed away this past Friday and we had been at the funeral home most of the day on Sunday, but we did make it to the Superbowl Party and we were glad we went. We did have to leave early because I had to get up early to keep the grandbabies on Monday. But "THANKS" to Mark and Nicki for having us over and thanks to everyone else for the "FOOD AND THE LAUGHS" Can't wait to the 14th. Love yall, Robin and Terry

02/05/09 10:14 AM #1556

Lisa Wallace (Spradley)

Glad to hear that all had a wonderful time at the "WARDS"! I agree, they are the bestest of friends anyone could ever hope to have.

Wish I could have been there, we had one of the grandgirls all weekend, and we had to drive to Macon that evening to meet up with her mommy and daddy. I was hoping that it would have happened earlier in the day, but that was okay... it's always good to be with family too!

A Happy Birthday to all February Folks!! Here's to wishing you all the best there is to life... Enjoy your day and just be glad to be getting older, at least we are alive!!

Blessings to all, love ya'll, Lisa
