Melissa Dawn Weir, 38, died suddenly Monday, May 19, 2008.

She was the beloved mother of Garrett Weir and Souliliquay Weir; dear sister of Bridget Weir and Deborah Weir; loving daughter of the late Patricia Beaupre; niece of Wayne Beaupre; several nieces, nephews and cousins survive.

Funeral services Friday at 10:00 a.m. from the McVeigh Funeral Home, 208 North Allen Street, Albany thence to Blessed Sacrament Church, Albany at 10:30 a.m. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Thursday 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow the Mass in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
