A 22-year-old woman was killed after being struck by a car Friday night on Wolf Road, police said.
Tina M. Smith of Berwyn Street, Albany, apparently was coming from the parking lot of Harold's Office tavern when she crossed the road toward the Wolf Road Diner. She was struck in the curb lane of the road near the diner, Lt. Steve Heider said. No charges have been filed against the driver, whose name was not released. Any witnesses to the accident are asked to call the Colonie police at 783-2744.

The driver whose car struck and killed a 22-year-old Albany woman as she crossed Wolf Road Friday night will not be charged in the incident.
Police said Ann E. Fisher, 62, of Willett Street, Albany, a well-known local psychic, was driving along Wolf Road when Tina Smith of Berwyn Street ran into the road. She was struck in the curb lane of the road near the Wolf Road Diner, police said. She was pronounced dead on arrival at Albany Medical Center.
