Though I went through 1st grade to 10th grade with most of AAHS's class of 1989, I had to finish my last 2 years of high school in Denver, after my parents got divorced. So offically I'm an Alumni of Manual High School in Denver. But that high school doesn't exist anymore and even if it did, it was never anywhere as cool as AAHS. I went to University of Colorado, Boulder, and majored in English Lit, planning to work my way around the world as an English teacher. That fell apart while I was in Korea, and I came home and studied computer graphics. I moved to San Francisco, became a computer animator, worked on a tv show, a film, and have spent most of the last 13 years making video games. I've written a comic book and launched an IP, as well as worked on... about 8 or 10 video games. I was working on Soul Reaver 2 when I met my future husband, a games programmer. Very smart French-American who grew up in New Jersey and Paris. We got married in 2006 after dating for 5 years, and last August had our beautiful spitfire of a daughter, Tessa Wren. She has us completely wrapped around her finger, and if we didn't own a house in one of the most expensive cities in the country, I'd happily quit my career and devote myself entirely to her whim.
