Never expected this letter from the P school. I ran into Hap Hairston at the Pentagon in 1997. Pete Voges (Math instructor) and I worked together at Randolph in 1984. I ran into John Voss at a San Antonio movie theater in 1991. C.D Smith at the Pentagon in 1997 at his Colonel pin on ceremony. Fitzpatrick in 1988 at Kelly AFB (he was on inspection team from MAC). Lance Bachran in 2003 at a conference in DC. Shocked when I read about Jim Sills.

What ever happened to Joe "Tree" Entwistle? Buck Buchanan? Emmet White? Frenchy?

Claims to fame:
Went to Bosnia as vice commander with Paul Cooper as commander - we were the first reservists to command an active duty unit.

I commanded the rescue unit at Patrick AFB. They were the ones that saved the F117 pilot after he was shot down in Serbia.

As the reserve commander at Dover AFB, our unit provided about 90% of the mortuary services for all of the DoD.

As the commander of the 445th, we were tasked with the medical evacuation of all wounded in Iraq. Of 20,142 patients flown back to the states, we had no deaths while anyone was in-flight.

I loved hanging around with Frenchy. His throw away women were more gorgeous than I ever expeced to date... Thanks, Frenchy!

I had the dubious honor of rooming with Turnbull. Even though I was gone during a blanket party for Turnbull (they also emptied the room of everything that was his), I got to go behind the woodshed with Joe Tree. Ever get on the wrong side of MSgt Entwistle? It taught me to shut up when he was talking!
