I left the academy in January 1972 and completed my education at Southern Illinois University- Edwardsville. I was commissioned in the USAF through ROTC in 1974. I went to UPT at Williams AFB, AZ and flew the F-4C, D, E, F, and G throughout my carrer. I also flew combat in Desert Storm. I retired from the Air Force in 1996 and hired by Federal Express shortly thereafter. I retired from FedEx the end of December 2012. I am thoroughly enjoying retired life.

Funniest thing I can remember is drag racing model gas powered cars in the hallway.

Least funniest rememberance is running hills after football practice.
