Jessica Wooldridge King

I play bassoon and contrabassoon in Symphoria, Syracuse, New York's professional symphony orchestra. Symphoria is one of two musician owned cooperative orchestra's in the US, which has enabled me to serve on their Executive Board. I also perform with New Leaf Ensemble, a chamber group dedicated to playing and teaching free improvisation.

I graduated from the Eastman School of Music in May of 2017 with my doctorate in music performance and literature. I enjoy gardening in the summer and reading science fiction in the winter.
