Hiking in the woods, building campfires and learning about nature with Kathleen & Michael during overnight stays. Also I have very fond memories of the dinner theater productions. The annual Thanksgiving feasts were always very fun as well. Hershey Montessori had the most fantastic teachers and I would like to thank Pat Proctor and Laurie Ewert-Crocker in particular for their dedication to teaching and love of their students.
I was Coordinator for several student art exhiitions at Ohio State University, and have taught several classes in film production and journalism through the United Way. I now am building a Promotional Firm for local artists, which will help young artists sell their work and gain recognition in galleries and art .
How has your Montessori education helped you in your life?
My Montessori education helped my young mind to become more creative and imaginative. I cannot imagine having went to any other school. The social skills I learned at Montessori were priceless as well. It was an experience that I believe was truly at the heart of how I became the person I am today.
