Traveling, reading, hanging out with family and friends. I try to go some where new or try something new every year. Taking my dog Lola and Chloe to the park. I now have 2 dogs and 1 cats! LOL. I was not a cat person before but the 2 cats that I have a rescued when their owns left them behind when they moved from the apartments I was living at.

I also enjoy going to the Miller games as an alumni. I love planning to have a group of alumni go and support Miller. I also love watching movies.

I just bought my 1st house so I am enjoying getting settled in my new home. It's been over a year now since I moved into my new home.

I get to go to Miller every week with my job and its great walking the halls of our Alma mater. There are still some pictures from our time there.

After High school I received my bachelor's degree in communications and worked different jobs in the communications arena (DJ, TV production, and public relations).

Around the time of our 10th year reunion I had one of those moments when you ask yourself "am I happy with my work?" The answer was no! So I quit my job and went back to school and received my Master's degree and started working with students who are low income, 1st generation and under represented. I love what I do! Many of the students remind me of us when we were their age!

I started a new chapter in 2011. I started teaching Speech and in 2012 a started teaching Intro to Mexican American studies at Del Mar college.
Although I love to travel, I haven't done much lately! I want to soon. Maybe we can do a Miller Buc trip soon. We did go to Houston during the summer of 2012 to see Pat benatar, Lover boy and Journey. It was so much fun! So glad we didn't get kicked out of the hotel! LOL!
Had a great time visiting Dolly in DC this past Fall. I got to spend my birthday in DC

I am looking fwd to the 25th summer of 2014.
I am looking fwd to the 30th reunion in 2019.

There are so many fun and funny memories about our time at Miller. One that stands out was when Dolly and I thought my house was on fire burning down with Vanessa in it!
I remember when the girls spend the night at my house and the guys came to scare us. We had lots of fun times. :)
There were lots of nights that the girls spend the night and there are many stories that each one could tell!
Football games were always so great. Dancing to the show band playing.
Skipping school with the drama gang and soooo much more!

Ms. Mac, Mr. Reyes, Ms. Curtis, Coach Heard. It's hard to pick just one!

I thought I would be a news reporter, reporting from some Latin American Country! After working in both TV and Radio, I soon found out that I didn't really like it and wasn't going to be reporting from anywhere, much less from Latin America!
I never thought I would be working with middle and High school kids and enjoying it.
I also teach at Del Mar College. I love teaching.

My first job was working at a deli. I worked for about a month!
