I just talked to James Bartee about Bonnie.  We remember her all the way back to Sam Houston grade school.  She was a wonderful person.  Sammy Lyle

I am saddened to learn of Bonnie's death; I spoke with her a few weeks ago regarding our upcoming reunion which she planned to attend.  She told me the latest on her family and how much she enjoyed attending her grandchildren's activities. Bonnie sounded so happy.

Bonnie was loved by all of us, especially those who attended Sam Houston.  She always had a smile.  My mother was our brownie troop leader and we spent many fun times together.  Thank you, Bonnie, for the memories.  From Sam Houston, to graduation at Ray, we spent good times together.  Thinking about you and smiling.

Remembering Bonnie during my very short time as a member of The A Cappella Choir , Senior Year. A super fine person. God's blessings and our thoughts to all those close to her.

I have kown Bonnie since Sam Houston, Baker and Ray and she has always been a very sincere person.  She and Paul have always suported our reunions.  I pass her house where she lived during high school quite frequently.  Several of our classmates went all the way through school together.  We will all miss her very much.

Bonnie was a beautiful person;  she had a great, outgoing  personality, and a wonderful  laugh.  I once read that we never lose the ones we love as their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories.   Hopefully,  we can find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared Bonnie's love and friendship.  My thoughts and prayers go out to Paul and the immediate family,  as well as Gretchen, John, and Bonnie's mother, Gretchen.  Bonnie will be missed, but never forgotten. With deepest sympathy, Dick Heinrich, class of '58
