Only boys in my life and I'm a big doll collector and maker! My land is in the Hill Country and I love it. I live with my son and appreciate him so much. Worked in Banking for 35 years in almost every department. I helped start the Bank in Rockport, Texas. Then moved to Austin and worked for NHIC(a Medicaid contract for the State)as an account. And retired from there. I live now for my great grandson(J.R.)and now for my great granddaughter. I finally have a little girl in my life!!!! But now I guess its back to boys. I have three more great grandsons! Beau and Bryce! Jacob was born 2 months premature but is growing like a little weed. The sadest day in my life came on 6/16/2022 when my beloved son passed away! I miss him terribly! He passed unexpectedly. RIP my wonderful son!

I am just amazed at the differences in the school in my day and the schools now days! When I first retired, I was the grandmother that did all the delivering the grand-kids to their appropriate places. School, football and whatever they were attending. Now I just sit back and watch them rearing their children.
Spending my days repairing dolls. I buy, sell and collect dolls. My son just shakes his head when I am dressing dolls. I live in Leander. Texas outside of Austin. It is a shame I don't learn of classmate living near me until they pass away. I would have certainly kept in touch with them had I known. I would love to keep in touch with any classmate living near Austin! Since my son passed away, I am now living in Sandia, Texas with my brother.
