Jessica Hier Koopman

After graduation I moved to Colorado Springs and attended the University of Colorado, UCCS, for two years but I had no idea what I wanted to do. While attending college I worked at the University daycare and loved caring for the children. I met my husband Brandon my freshman year and we started dating our sophmore year. I followed some friends to Boulder Colorado the summer after my sophmore year and nannied for several families for about 4 years. Brandon and I married in 2002 on the beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It was so much fun, we had about 15 of our closest friends and family there with us for a week. We had our first daughter, Aubry in 2004, followed by our second daughter, Bailey in 2006, and July 24 our son Hayden was just born. They have been such a blessing, and I feel very fortunate to be able to stay home and care for them. I'd like to finish school some day, who knows when, my hands are pretty full right now. Working with children has been my biggest passion as far as careers go. I'd like to work in the school system so I can have the same schedule as my kids, but only time will tell.
