Randy and I were friends at Bishop Dunne. I talked to him several years back when he lived in Richardson but he was reluctant to get together. He was kind of a misfit but had a good heart. Like many, a sensitive guy. When BD's own Brother Martin came on the speaker and announced that Kennedy had been shot and was dead Randy and I were goofing in class during the announcement and got put out in the hall. Along came Brother Martin after making the announcement and did not like what he saw. We picked up rocks in coffee cans on the football field for a while after that.
