Hello Classmates! Here are the details for the upcoming 55th reunion activities:
Reunion Details and Payment
- August 3, 2024
- The Dearborn Country Club (DCC), 800 N. Military, Dearborn
- Valet Parking is provided DCC
- DCC dress code: No blue jeans or denim.
- Cash Bar (no credit cards) Begins at 5:00 pm with dinner at 6:30 pm.
- $80.00 per person to be received by 7/22/24.
- Purchase ticket/s, may be done by mail with a check or on line with credit card.
- Send check by mail to Janice Graham, 2030 Wildwood Trail, Saline, MI 48176. Make payable to EFHS Class of 69.
- Credit card. Use the dropdown menu under Reunion Payments/Details. Then click on EFHS 55th Reunion Details and you will see the payment window.
- Hampton Inn. A block of hotel rooms has been reserved with a special rate for those who need accomodations. See the drop down menu under Reunion Details and check out the Hampton Inn link above.

Thinking of coming to the reunion?
Besides the Friday golf, and perhaps a get-together afterwards, there's lots going on that might be a bonus for your trip into town.
First of all, it's the City of Dearborn's Homecoming weekend at Ford Field. I'm sure some of you ended up at Ford Field during our own Homecoming Dance - memories!
You gotta have art...the Belle Isle Art Fair happens August 3-5, free admission.
Also, the Detroit Tigers are playing two night games at Comerica Park, Thursday and Friday, and they host Kansas City through the weekend.
The Detroit Riverwalk was completed recently - a drastic change from our time when the shorelines were full of industry and unavailable to the public. Michiganders can now enjoy our own Detroit Riverwalk from the Renaissance Center to Belle Isle.
Captain Jack's offers one-hour riverboat tours on Sunday - $20 for seniors (that's us!). If there's interest, the committee could get a group together for a river cruise to see what's what on Sunday afternoon at 1pm.
Of course, there's lots of other "newness" around town to take in, as well.
So, lots of things happening to make for a full weekend if you come to town.
