So sad to hear about the passing of Chris. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. I knew Chris in school but got to know him better when he coached baseball for Redford Union HIgh School. My son was on the team. Even after he moved to another coaching position he still took the time to see if Clint was playing nearby and would always stop to check up on him and see how he was doing. We will both miss him & his kind spirit. Polar Bear Hugs!
Surprised and saddened to hear of passing of Chris. He was a good friend when we were kid, but lost touch in the years after high school. Last time I saw Chris was at the 40 year high school reunion where I met his wife, Karen. I know he was a retired school teacher and former scout for the Detroit Tigers. I talked to Karen and learned that Chris went peacefully without any long term illness or suffering.. He will be missed.
