Kevin-

You should have planned your get together while more of us were still in town! I'm bummed! When are you coming to GA???? Next time you're here to see Maureen, you better call!

Ellen-

Have a blast at your get together.........better post pictures. I loved reading what you posted, you're still the same sweet Ellen, always smiling and joking! :}

Bez-

If my silicone bracelet doesn't show up soon, can I get another one???

My daughter Christina just got her first college acceptance this weekend, hooray! What an incredible feeling! (Is this normal, or am I just crazy?)

Deb,
Congrats to your daughter! Why not steer her to the University of Arizona. I'd be glad to keep a motherly eye on her for you...that offer goes for any takers!

Bez
My affection for M&M's began as a very young kid. We actually had a toy called an M&M gun which looked like a water pistol made of clear plastic. You "loaded" it and then shot the M&M's into your mouth. Can you imagine the law suits a toy like that would bring today?? Anyway, those were the good old days when there were still red and light brown M&M's....remember!

Could she qualify for in-state tuition??? :} You'd be a wonderful example for her! Arizona is one of my favorite states as you know, we'll come visit you!

Kevin-

Definitely post some pictures! And give us some notice when you'll be in Atlanta. Kathy Gallagher and I are hoping to plan a spring mini-reunion for anyone interested in coming!

Carol and Lisa-

Have you heard of any connection between green M&M's and how they supposedly make you feel??? (would rather not reveal this.....if you know what i mean!) This was a big thing when I was in college(in Michigan, not PA). Just wondering if it was a quirky midwestern concept or not?!

Deb,
Congratulations on your DAughter's Acceptance. I hope she has many more.

Deb,
Congrats on your daughters acceptance. I have one more year to do all that fun stuff. You will have to give me some pointers!
HOpe everyone had a fun time tonight. Want to see some pics, Myrtle??

10/13/08 11:18 PM #946

Maureen Bezold (Como)

Hey JoAnn,

Speaking of pictures, I just posted quite a few more from the reunion and pictures from tonight at Bensi's. It was great seeing Maureen Murphy and Kevin Barone, as well as everyone else. Once again, a good time was had by all. I only wish that more classmates could have joined us.

Deb, congratulations on your daughter's acceptance. How wonderful for her. As far as the silicone bracelets, shoot Cheryl an email and I'm sure she would be happy to oblige.

Love, Maureen

Maureen,

I'm still looking for the bracelet! Can't imagine what happened to it unless one of my daughters took it!

Hi Maureen,
I just looked at the pics, boy they are great!! Murph looks super!!! Hi to you!! I had a family birthday yesterday, so couldn't make it. Looks like everyone had a great time though.
Hi Kevin....wowwwwww....you look great tooooo!! Must have been wonderful to see everyone, yes??

Glad you all had a good time, did you have the restaurant to yourselves??

10/14/08 10:49 PM #949

Kevin Barone

We didn't have the restaurant to ourselves, but it didn't matter....it was like we were all alone. What sucked was that we were at a long table & I barely got to speak to Bez,Rich,Myrtle,Liz,John & Joellen.
We did have fun AND the time flew by,of course!

I'm looking forward to being in NJ the next time there is a get together...It's amazing how we all just fell into place and back into the groove after 30 years! It's fabulous, really!

Thanks for posting the pics Bez...you're amazing!!

Thanks to all for a great night!! Kevin

Hellllllooooooo....I have pictures coming from Monday night...there just isn't enough time in my day, however I will have them posted on line b4 the weekend. Man oh man what another great time I had on Monday w/ all who went and Kevin is right, long tables stink!!!! It was difficult to talk to everyone and I feel I didn't talk to Kevin, Maureen Murphy as much as I would have like to Lisa I only wish I had had your Depends because there was a lot of laughing going on. oh by the way fellow message forumeners(is that a word?) who cares, but anyway big BIRTHDAY wishes to Lucille Favale...today is her birthday!
Lisa, the Hopatcong charmers were there in all their glory, you were there in spirit! Arizona sounds better and better to me for a place to visit in the future and next year when my son will be looking into colleges, I will have him consider Arizona knowing that you are there and you can show him the way!
Kevin and Maureen you guys looked fabulous and it was great to see yas....Rich H. I am glad we finally got to talk since I didn't get to do so the night of the reunion.
Debbie congrats for your daughter, better you than me...but I will be there soon enough.
My daughter keeps printing out pics of chinchillas and posting them all over the house...yikes! Calgon can't even take me that far away...where is Speed Racer aka Cabana Boy when you need him! ok let me go...and I will post those pics...maybe by tomorrow afternoon, but definetly b4 the weekend...okay ta ta for now...love you guys!

One more thing...for the next reunion lets use GREEN M&M's if you know what I mean lol...ok bye bye

Maureen Bezold (Como)

To All,
It is always my pleasure to post these pictures for you all to see, but beware, if you are ever in my company at any of these now mini-reunions, I will be snapping away, and that means you also JoEllen. JoEllen just loves when I pull out my camera, don't you???

It was wonderful to see Maureen and Kevin, they both look fantastic, but I also will agree with Kevin that a long table does not work when you want to converse with everyone.

I am still hoping to go to the football game on Saturday, 10/18, if anyone is interested. My sister, Mary Anne, Vinny Quaranta, Ed Arci and maybe Joanne Gallagher will also be going. I then thought we could stop by and see Anthony Carmagnola for pizza. Let me know. Gotta get back to Christmas shopping on the Vera Bradley website (50% off sale for any of you ladies (or your daughters) who love Vera Bradley.

TTFN, My love to all, Maureen

Deborah Kozak (Martin)

Glad y'all had a great time Monday night with Kevin... but those long tables have to go. Next time, everyone should each rotate 3 chairs clockwise every 30 minutes and really drive your waiter nuts!

MaryGrace-

I know you talked about chinchillas earlier, but what the heck kind of animal are they? I'm going to have to google them. (And by the way, I'm sorry I didn't get to talk to you more at the reunion- you are hilarious and uplifting to listen to. We could all use some humor in our lives these days!)

Yikes, the m&m s thing is getting out of control!

Bez-

I found my bracelet!

Where is Kathy Gallagher???
