Congratulations Papa Bear...sounds like Baby Bear did a good job and snagged the diploma!

Greg M., Are you still doing cartoons? How about sharing some that you've done over the years. I would love to see them! Dolores D. sent me this crazy stuff from our eighth grade class and you were voted "most artistic."...I wanna be sure we made a good choice back then! How is Rose? Did she switch to peds yet?
Aloha

Deb, there is nothing like the sweet smell of pond scum in the morning!!! Only if you called me in early spring ( Masters )Iwould of made time to do it. Now its too late, I'm committed (or should be ) to Myrtle.
Lizzy, your not one of those Kentucky mothers I hope. Although she looked like she had a pretty good grip on the little rug rat. I don't think that was the first time, she looked like a pro. See you guys in a week.

Hi,

Special thanks to Bez for organizing a get together in a very short period of time. I'm headed back to Kentucky tomorrow; it was so great seeing everyone. Until next time! :)

A few helpful hints to get thru the day.

THESE REALLY WORK!!

1. AVOID CUTTING YOURSELF WHEN SLICING VEGETABLES BY GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO HOLD THE VEGETABLES WHILE YOU CHOP.

2.. AVOID ARGUMENTS WITH THE FEMALES ABOUT LIFTING THE TOILET SEAT BY USING THE SINK.

3. FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SUFFERERS ~ SIMPLY CUT YOURSELF AND BLEED FOR
AFEW MINUTES, THUS REDUCING THE PRESSURE ON YOUR VEINS. REMEMBER TO USE
ATIMER.

4. A MOUSE TRAP PLACED ON TOP OF YOUR ALARM CLOCK WILL PREVENT YOU FROM ROLLING OVER AND GOING BACK TO SLEEP AFTER YOU HIT THE SNOOZE BUTTON.

5. IF YOU HAVE A BAD COUGH, TAKE A LARGE DOSE OF LAXATIVES. THEN YOU'LL BE
AFRAID TO COUGH.

6. YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

7. IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

DAILY THOUGHT:
SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES - NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE STAIRS.

Greg,

I love 4 5 and 6. I have both WD40 and Duct tape handy in my house for just those purposes. Favorite quote right now is

"Duct Tape Fixes Everything"

that peeing in the sink thing....I don't know bout that.

WD40 is my favorite "tool." Just last week I tried spraying it in my car ignition because the key wouldn't turn. After I did that and paid the mechanic $511.00, the key turned great..uhhh, that would be the new key and the new ignition lock cylinder and the new ignition switch...Love that WD40

ps Sven's driver side rear view mirror is currently affixed to his car with duct tape...by "currently" I mean for the past three years!

Stay well everyone.
xoxo Lisa

Oh yeah, duct tape is what helpd the pool noodles attached to the bottom of the pool that my kids floated in (the lake doesn't allow motors; hence they made a motorless boat out of a kiddie pool) to see the fireworks. Duct tape held the noodles to the pool long enough until the weight of the 10 bodies then kept the noodles in place.

Don't know about the mouse trap, sounds too painful! I'd rather sleep thru the alarm!
