Spent 4 years in the Air Force. 5 years at Iowa State. 10 years in property & casualty insurance. I was the casualty underwriter for Charles Keatings insurance agency. He was the junk bond swindler in the 1980's. I developed allergies & have been ill for the last 14 years. Also, I am sensitive to perfumes. I'm just stayin' alive.

I remember one of the Father Ryans saying, "Paterno, one of these days I'm going to kick your ass. Today might be the day!" I had just come from the Holy Ghost Fathers' seminary & they certainly didn't talk like that. I've never heard a priest talk like that before or since. Praise the Lord!!! CORRECTION: it was fightin' Ed Kelley who threatened Paterno. My apologies to the Ryans.
