Hi Karma ~ I think we only had the opportunity to say 'hi' with all the milling about that happened on Friday evening. Would have loved to 'catch-up' a bit more. I've stayed in the northwest.....just a bit more north (to BC) for the last 42 years. Married a man I met at WSU, knowing he was Canadian, but he had no thoughts of leaving the US at that time.
Lived in Oregon for 2 years then took a holiday to Vancouver Island. We loved the place and within a year were up here. Raised a family, etc. etc. As you do, I have a new love in my life, a grandson in Victoria. That and travel are my new companions. Maybe at yr 55 ? we'll see each other ?
