What elementary schools for K-8 did you attend and which was your favorite?

I attended Arthur Elementary School K - 8 and then Wayne Junior High for the 9th and finally was able to come to Denby. From there I went to MSU, as in Go Green!, in the fall of 64 and life was never the same again.

Albeit I liked all 3 but am still bummed that we did not get a copy of our 8th Grade Last Day of School Picnic photo that the teacher took for the school but did not share with us. It's on that day I think I learned what it meant to be selfish.

School Story:

Graduated from MSU with a degree in Business Administration.
Attended Arthur Elementary from K to 8, Wayne Middle School for the 9th, and Denby 10 -12. Then on to Michigan State University where I graduated with B.A. in Business Administration.

Who would have guessed I would actually use what I learned? Shortly after graduating and just getting by I entered the insurance business and found that I had a knack for helping people with their insurance needs.This has lead to the creation of my own agency and a 39 year relationship with State Farm as a direct writer for them. When it will end only God must know. I just like what I do and don't want to give it up.

Today I attend an unofficial mini Clara B Arthur Elementary School class reunion. Present:
Kerry Krause - Albertson, Jim Potter, Alice and Me. I had not seen Jim for over 30 years. You know you have great friends when you can just meet, set, talk and eat like it was just yesterday.
