Jean and I shared cheerleading and Mr Lux' Great Books class senior year. Jean was very bright, funny and she had a very down to earth way of viewing the world. I remember sharing some typical high school personal problems with her, and her advice always reflected a maturity beyond our years. I recall hearing her tell her adventures as a foreign exchange student to Switzerland and her skiing stories (she loved to ski!). I was greatly saddened to hear of her death at the last reunion.
