Mechanic for Pul. Co. Schools '78-'84
Volvo '84-Present
It was in the spring of '78. I'd been working on my car in Auto Mechanics. It had a little miss in it. I drive out to Ag./Hort. turn around, floor it, drop the clutch, and burn rubber for about 200ft. R.F. Ratcliffe sees me and calls the office. Mr.McNeely(my A.M. teacher)gets a call from the office. He says "We got to go up on the carpet". We go to the office. He tells Mr. Riley that "Bralley was working on his car and it spun just a "little bit". (The car was guilty, not Bralley) Mr. Riley was cool with that. HOW MUCH IS A LITTLE BIT?
Larry's Latest Interactions
When I moved to Dublin at the start of the 2nd grade, Chris was probably my best friend in the class. We would call each other pretty often in the evenings. We raced a lot on the playground before school. We were pretty evenly matched, but he probably won 60% of the time. Of course, with time, we both had many other friends, but we always remained friends as far as I know. I remember seeing Mr Walker often out in his yard on Old Rt 11. He seemed to be a very fine man, perhaps lonely, after Mrs Walker passed away. I always felt a hurt for him when I saw him. In fact, the whole family was very fine and upright.
