Wow, that was a long time ago. Well, my husband is an ordained miniter in the Assemblies of God. We have served in pastorates in WV, NC, and VA. Presently, he is on sabatical. I went back to college in 1997 graduating form Ferrum College in 2002. I taught sixth grade in Henry County Schools for five years, third grade in NC last year, and moved back to Henry County working for Martinsville City Schools and teaching third grade this year.
I have trouble keeping up with people from home. Due to living away from the area for so long, I often do not recognize people. My daughter is presently living in Pulaski with my only grandson. She attends NRCC. My eldest son, Remington, also goes to NRCC but I believe his classes are over at the mall. He use to work at the airport and at Hampton Inn. He has lived in the Dublin area for about five years.
We own a home in the Dugspur area of Carroll County and I also rent an apartment in Collinsville so the drive to work isn't so long. (I drove 70 miles one way last year).
I am happy and blessed and that is what matters most!
