Hello, Bill. It's Jimmy, from Wolf Patrol in Scouts. (OMG, nobody's called me Jimmy since the early 60s...) Anyway, Happy Birthday, and know I'll be in town from Sept. 18th thru the 27th (for Wahlert's 50th reunion - I'm class of '67). Hope to touch bases while I'm there.... Happy Birthday, Judy. I remember that spitball fight in Sister Ludwina's absence. I remember Billy Yarnell being one of the instigators. So, Billy Morgan got you, huh? In 2nd grade, someone passed out Tootsie rolls for a treat on their b'day (Friday just before we got out). Billy Morgan collected a bunch of them, convinced me the Tootsie Roll people were buying back the wrappers to save money, 2 for a penny. He had about
35 or so, (17 cents worth) and couldn't get to the store and was willing to sell them all to me for a dime. Easy 8 cents profit. So I lost a dime, big money back then.
I'd like to be in Dubuque next year (late summer, autumn) and would like to re-connect if you're still in DBQ and willing. Jim
