This is an enrolled event. You will be admitted after checking of the attendance list by the Parliamentary Security staff - they MAY ask for ID (e.g. driver's licence) but this is unlikely.
Please be prompt - we will be admitted from 18:30 pm on.
Function closes at 21:30 pm. Refreshments, including substantial finger-food, will be served.

Instructions for Free Papers.
We wish to run these on the "Pecha Kucha" principle (Japanese for chit-chat—you can look it up on Wikipedia). This principle limits the number of slides to 20 maximum and the talk length to seven minutes. This way, as many people as wish to speak can be accommodated.
