If you're having trouble with the Publishizer site, please let me know. I've been in contact with them and they have said I can do a proxy purchase for anybody having a problem with the site. Let me know how much you wish to contribute, and we can arrange a direct transfer to an account I have set up for this purpose. I will then do what's necessary and you will get a copy of the receipt and acknowledgement email which is sent out after every purchase.
