Let's see...
After graduating UNH, I spent a short time in New York City working for Morgan Stanley. In 1995 I moved to San Francisco where I have been until this past December. While in SF I got an MFA in Creative Writing, taught poetry writing to adults, worked at a non-profit affiliated with a buddhist hospice, lived at a buddhist monastery for two years in my late 20s (where I met my husband), and generally have been enjoying life, writing, reading, drinking a lot of Peets coffee, and enjoying my young children.
