Left Eau Claire after 9th grade. Moved to TX (yuck). Graduated high school in Dallas. Moved to Aspen, Colorado in 1970. Worked at Aspen PD, legal firms. Started electrical business with husband in 1983; Moved to 35 acre farm in Western Colorado in 1993. Basic EMT on local volunteer ambulance crew. Breed & raise miniature donkeys

October 2011 - moved back to Carbondale, CO. Remodeled our office into a small apartment. Leased out the farm. Downsized animals due to economy.

February 2014 - currently working in gift shop at casino in Mesquite, NV. We have home here & decided to get part-time job since there is no electrical work in Colorado - Plus the winter is way too long this year!

April 2015 - left the casino job in February. My husband retired & we shut down our electrical business after 30+ years! Enjoying life in Mesquite with pickleball, tennis, golf, bridge and No Snow.

July 2019 - spending this summer in Mesquite, NV. Usually go to Colorado.

January 2020 - Winter in Mesquite, NV. Playing lots of cards, volunteering at local hospital.

Summer 2024. Worked at the Aspen Recreation Dept Front desk 2-3 days per week.

Sarge Boyd - band

tennis; golf; used to ski; pickleball. Lots of fun. Bridge, euchre, pinochle.

Spend most of my time playing pickleball, golf & bridge. Continuing to do a lot on the computer. Started playing a card game called Hand, Knee & Foot. Also bocce ball.

Hawaii - my daughter lives there during the summer. I would love to take the mule ride on the island of Molokai.

my family

life on the farm was an adventure. Started with emus - they weren't too friendly or profitable. My beloved dog, Mutt, passed away a couple of years ago. No more dogs in my life.

Raised miniature donkeys for 18 years.

My treasures do not clink together nor glitter. They gleam in the sun & bray in the night.

My family & good health. Granddaughter, Violet, was born February 26, 2011. We live next door to the kids in the summer. Johnny was born June 26, 2013.
