Obituary

Todd Alberts, 52, of Eau Claire, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023. He was born in May of 1970, to Marvin and Lilly Alberts. Todd attended Lowes Creek grade school and EC Memorial high school where he enjoyed playing baseball and basketball, advancing to Varsity level. Todd joined the Army after high school and served our nation as a fuel truck operator and started weightlifting. He remained in the truck driving and distribution industry for his career and continued to lift weights and “hit the gym” with friends throughout his life.

Todd’s life passion was hunting and fishing where he excelled through all types and seasons. He especially enjoyed sharing in these activities with his Mom and Dad, Brothers and the rest of the family. He has a trophy wall to prove it and it is hard to find him in a picture without his day’s bounty.

Todd will be remembered as a very loving, generous, easy going and hard-working man with a great sense of humor and expression. Todd was greatly loved and appreciated by his family and friends and will be missed very much.

Todd is survived by his parents, Marvin and Lilly (Klessig) Alberts; siblings, Marcia (Jonathan), Steven (Melissa), Kevin (Krista) and Sherry (Jeff); nieces and nephews, Mark, Lauren, Mathew, Jack, Lucas, Lilly, Michael, Abram and Grace; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Ceil and Gordon Albert, and Lucy and Arther Klessig.
