I spent three years in the US Navy after high school and then attended UW-Stout for 4 years, receiving my BA Degree Education - Graphic Arts. Never taught. Worked for Wisconsin Publications in Osseo (printing weekly newspapers); Career Development Center in Eau Claire (supervising printing department); Chippewa Printery (job printing shop); then Leader-Telegram for 24 years and lastly Hutchinson in Eau Claire (3 years). Retired early (at 61). Wrote first book and had it published - now working on 2nd book. Have traveled around the world with my wife for the last 35 years - met and continue relationships with many people of all nationalities. Have two cats (Stinky & Slinky) - have lived in Eau Claire in the same 100+ year old house for 35 years - will be moving to the Kaeding family farm in Fall Creek within the next few years.
