Cristine Boehringer

I live in Lake Wylie, SC which borders Charlotte, NC. - I am a retired Elementary School Teacher. I taught in Akron, OHio and Charlotte, NC. My hobbies now are Gardening of all kinds,fishing and boating on Lake Wylie and also the Carolina Coastline. I have over 30 Garden Beds of all kinds on my property here by Lake Wylie, SC.,along with Two Water Fish Ponds. I also feed all the wild critters and love to bird watch! I sell Seeds,Plants, Bird feeders,Wedding Seed Favors,and any Nature Related Items that I actually make myself. I always enjoyed creating things and have been blessed with a Green thumb.Life is STILL GOOD! Along with my Toy Poodle, Shadow and my 18 lb., beautiful Cat Jake I now have three ferrel cats that adopted me-a male named Pookie who stays outdoors- an All Black Kitty named Zena and Grey Tabby kitty both who are indoor cats now. I also have one budgie parakeet named Pretty Girl. I love animals but pray that no more kitties stop by for a visit. So. all in all LIFE IS STILL GOOD! I enjoy Every Year going to Wilmington, Topsail Island and Outer Banks to the Beaches to have fun in the sun and Fish. YES! I am still alive and kicking and Life is Still Pretty Darn Good!
I am starting a Small Seed and Nature Garden Business which I am thrilled about!

I remember cutting Choir and going down to Candy Store to have a Chocolate Egg cream. I remember coming in 2nd place in Vaulting Horse for Girls sports night. I remember not making cheer leading which crushed me. I played Sports a lot and had many fond memories of Games we won and lost. I remember Mr. T. throwing an eraser at me along with Mr. Hoppenhauer picking on me all the time to answer in Spanish. I remember working at George's Bakeshop with Barbara Nordstrom and Hollis Vanardsdall and Amy Link which gave me money to have clothes for college. And all the teachers always asked me If I was Boehringer's sister. I think we had some of the BEST Looking Guys in our class too- if I may say so? ~I remember having major crushes on Barry Pitter and Jimmy Witzman. I still would like to meet George Pieper, my first boy friend some year. WE keep missing each other at the Class Reunions. I never studied much to get good grades as I was very inmature. I learned later on that I was not that dumb after all cause I landed a Teaching position before I graduated from College for Akron School System in Akron, Ohio. I taughter Elementary Children and it was my LIFE.
