Did a casual meet-up happen on July 20? I never heard about it!
Carol was a lovely friend in elementary school. I will always remember her voice and her sense of humor. Sorry we never had a chance to touch base again.
When we were classmates at Meadowlark Elementary, Mike would often stop at my house before walking home. He always wanted to try his luck on our donkeys, Stinky and Pedro. And they always bucked him off. But he kept trying!

I am still in Morocco waiting to hear from USCIS about the visa for my husband. Then we have to get through the National Visa Center and interviews. All this Trump garbage has me worried, but our lawyer and Ron Wyden's office tell us not to worry. Kudos to them. I am still hoping I can make it to the reunion. I REALLY want to come. I might come without Kamal if it looks like the visa will take too long, but I hate to do that.
But tomorrow, I will be riding on the Marrakech Express! For a little fun in Jma El Ifna. This has been a stressful winter. Time to enjoy! Look forward to meeting everyone in August. Keep your fingers crossed for me :)
