
Ike was born Feb. 3, 1971, at Fort Lauderdale, Fla., a son of Richard and Vicki Abbott Wilkins.
Isaac was a graduate of Eureka High School and had worked for Abbott Brothers Power Sweeping and Striping.
He was an avid dart player and played in tournaments in the area. He loved children and animals. He is loved by all his family and friends.
