Good Morning from rainy F-Town.....YIPPEEEEE....We have a little bit of a rain storm going through....Don't know how much rain we will get out of it, but every little bit helps....Sure hope we get some on the crops as well..
The temps have been pretty good here lately and I seen last night on the weather that one day this weekend the high is suppose to be 79....Something to look forward to, but things can change by the minute....It will probably be 100...LOL

Nippler...I do keep a journal on you...You are slacking big time...If you don't want to talk with me just come out and say so...I know your not shy by any means...And the more I think about you...You have made a trip to Lincoln 2 times now and have not stopped in F-Town at all....Were you born and raised in Lincoln??? Didn't think so....Nobody you want to see in F-Town??? Exactly what I thought....So keeping this all in my mind, and I won't forget, being the nice person that I am, I wish you a fantastic day.....HUGSSSS

Michale...Oh the party was a lot of work, but it was a lot of fun for all of us to get together knowing we were all here for fun and not work...Yes, I did get to have some milks as well...Did you really think I would pass that up??? LOL...Have a great day...Hugsss

Roe...Sorry no one was here for you last night...I'm hoping that one of these nights a bunch of us can get on here again and have some major cussing and discussing...I'm missing those nights of my stomach hurting because I laughed so much...Missing you too....Have a good one...Hugssss

Sweet Pea...How is the painting coming along???? Hope you have plenty of help to get the job done...You getting any rain down your way??? It is really dry in the Daykin area, so we are hoping they get some this morning...Have a great day....Miss you....HUGSSSSSS

Hope you all have the greatest day!!!!!

A ring is round and has no end, and thats how long you will be my friend....:)

Cindy....I'm done painting for now. I have pipe to paint later this fall....but I need to gather a big crew for that! I hope and pray you are getting some much needed rain! I heard around the Hiawatha area got a couple inches earlier in the week. We have been catching little showers here and there....the corn is now starting to tassle.

The guys got side tracked a little....they have been working on removing a big tree role on some property up by Brent and Ashley's place....we have a dozer...loader....and skid steer running. With all the rain we get around here, if you let things go, it turns into a jungle real quick! They need to finish up on this project to head back to putting up prairie hay! The end of July is coming up fast.....we are scheduled to work cows then....Fall calving will be kicking our butt again the first part of August....WHEW! Where does time go!

Hi everyone........

Hope everyones summer is going well...

Well its been almost a year now since we got together. Time seems to fly by..where does the time go??? That being said that would leave approximately.....1462 days left before we all get together again. I've have had the chance too get together with some of you since the reunion and have enjoyed every visit....our visits seem to go by way to quickly!
The next chance we have to together is Sept. at a home football game at the new athletic complex.....Sargie said that things are coming along with the field.....next season is not that far away. The Moore family and others have put so much time and effort into getting this complex....and the light at the end of the tunnel is starting to appear.
I hope the many of you can come back for the game.....it would be nice if a large group of us could get together for it....there's nothing like a september night and a football game. Then there is the Husker game the next day.........Lincoln....football on a September day...and Husker Red....says it all!! If the game isn't something for you....there's always the tailgateing before hand....several of us are planning on getting together before the game..hopefully many more can make the trip! Its guaranteed a good time!!!

Everyone have a good rest of the summer.....and hope to see some of you in September......

Matt.....

Cindy Georgi (Rosener)

Good Morning everyone...It is a beautiful morn here today...We ended up getting .25 inches of rain here at home yesterday morn, but the fields in Daykin got 5 sprinkles....So the last two showers here we have had 1 inch of rain and 5 sprinkles at Daykin...I would rather have 5 sprinkles here, so my grass don't grow so fast and 1 inch of rain in Daykin, so we can try to make some money...UGH....

I had a pleasant surprise last evening...As I was getting ready to throw som dinner together, Big Jer had answered the phone and told me it was a old school friend...To my surprise it was Jim Keilwitz....He was in town to attend a family funeral...It was great hearing his voice, because I'm positive (I will have to look in my journal) I have not talked or seen him in 31 years...Nice talking to you Jim...Thanks for the call...
Next time call me a day ahead of time so we can get together for some much needed milk and cussing and discussing....LOL...

Little Buddy...Nice seeing you on...I miss you...When is this in September that you are going to football games??? That is our busy time of the year and even busier than wheat harvest because Tyler will be back in Lincoln to school...But all it takes is a phone call to him or Lisa and they will be here if they can...Plus we have a wedding and a couples shower thrown in there...Oh I love a busy life...Makes time go faster...Like you say where does the time go??? I was just thinking about the reunion last night...4 more years....That seems like such a long time before we can all be together again...Little Buddy, you and Kristie have a great weekend....Love you....HUGSSSSSS

Sweet Pea...Sounds like you will have some added fun on the ranch with your niece coming....:) Maybe her and her friends would like to learn how to paint....It would be a good experience for them...You never know they may use that experience later in life...Look at us...We would of never made it this far if we hadn't cut thistles for Mr. Stewart...We should of known right there and then that it was going to be our calling...LOL...Hope you have a grand weekend with the girls....Love you...miss you...HUGSSSSSS

Hope you all have an enjoyable weekend....:)

A hug is worth a thousand words....A friend is worth more...

Evening All!

Well my niece Whitney, Lyle and Penny's youngest, is here. Cindy, I have had her do some painting in the past...I'm afraid if I do that to her now she may never come back! She also brought three friends with her...they are about to wear me out! We were up until 2 partying on the porch with the neighbor boy...Dakota, who is about their age...Then shopping all day today....WHEW! Now they are getting ready to go clubbing in the city!

Oh man what beautiful weather we have been having here in F-Town...The temps have been around 80....Is this July???? I'm going to enjoy each and every day like this...:) If we could just get some rain things would be perfect in my book...The Jefferson County Fair is going on right now...I'm sure some of you remember the days of showing livestock, 4-H, the rides, winning prizes for the girlfriends, oh those were the days...It usually is hot or raining during this time, so I'm sure people are enjoying this much more....

NIPPLER...IF YOU WANT CAPITAL LETTERS I WILL SURE GIVE THEM TO YOU...YOU STILL HAVE NOT MADE ANY COMMITTMENTS TO COMING TO F-TOWN...MAYBE ME RAISING MY VOICE WILL HELP...HOPE YOU CAN HEAR ME NOW...BY THE WAY YOU CAN HAVE THE WHOLE PEANUT BUTTER PIE...I DON'T CARE FOR PEANUT BUTTER...JUST THOUGHT YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW WHAT ELSE I DON'T LIKE...BUT I WISH I COULD FIND SOME RHUBARB SO I COULD HAVE SOME RHUBARB CRISP...YUMMMMMMY...YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY AND THINK OF ME, BECAUSE YOU NEED TO THINK OF COMING AND SEEING ME....:) HOPE TO GET TO TALK TO YOU SOMETIME....HUGSSSSS

Sweet Pea....Oh, those girls will keep you running...Your used to having boys around...LOL...Those girls are a whole nother story...They like to go go go...LOL...But they are a lot of fun...I'm sure they are having the best time with Aunt Cindy...Even though we are older we can still be a GOOD TIME...:) We are not getting older we are getting better...;) Enjoy the weather as much as you can...It will change one of these days again to being hot and probably humid...Enjoy your time with your niece and friends....Miss you....HUGSSSS

Hope you are all having this great weather...Have a great rest of the weekend....

Since this is the 1st anniversay of the greastest class reunion ever I'm leaving you all with a saying that I have been saving for you.....

Cindy Georgi (Rosener)

Greetings classmates...I can't help but continue to tell you what great weather we have been having here...It is so hard to believe it, especially in July....I'm going to keep on enjoying it as much as possible...

Okay peanut butter lovers....I do fix things with peanut butter in them for the family, I just don't care for it...I can eat it, but nothing I ever crave to have...I don't mind the blossom cookies with the chocolate star on it, but if I never had another one I would not die because of it...

Today, is my baby boys 20th birthday....UGH....I have no clue where the time went...It just don't seem possible...I told Tyler yesterday that I would probably cry because he would no longer be a teenager...He looked at me like I had totally lost it...Probably have..LOL...It just seems un real that my kids are this old and I'm so young yet...LOL...Oh I forgot I guess I age each year too...Thought I was about their age for a minute....I have so many fond memories of so many people and things that I have done in my lifetime and I'm going to cherish these memories forever...

Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend and great weather like here in F-Town...Enjoy your last day of the weekend...Its back to the old grind again tomorrow...:)

Learn from yesterday, Live for today, and Hope for tomorrow....

07/20/09 09:21 AM #5562

Cindy Georgi (Rosener)

Good Monday Morning to you all...Today it is cloudy with chances of rain this after noon and tonight....I hope the chances follow through...Temps are to be around 77 today...We had an unexpected storm cell go through last night...We had .15 here in Fairbury, but have not got no report yet on the farms...We need some moisture on the crops...The cooler weather has been a big help, but nothing better than a good rain....

Nothing exciting going on here...Big Jer and Tyler have been cleaning out the shops and getting things organized for the next blast...Things can get out of order during our busy time...Just putting things wherever and then never knowing where anything is...UGH...They need me to organize them I think...Second thought I think I will stay clear, because they would have me do it all the time...LOL

What exciting things have you all been up to??? I would love to hear about them...

Sweet Pea...Glad to hear the haying is going well for you...Your weekend was full of fun and adventure...LOL..Glad to hear of the good times with you niece and friends....Those were the days...Oh man...Have a great day at the ranch....Keep those boys busy...LOL...Stay out of their way though or you will be working right along the side of them...LOL...I know how that works...LOL....Miss you...HUGSSSSS

Wishing you all a great start to a new week...The busier you are the faster the work week will go...Take Care...

If all my friends were to jump off a bridge, I wouldn't jump with them, I'd be at the bottom to catch them...

Jim Keilwitz

Hey gang, Whats up? Nice day here right now 84 and a south wind...

Cindy G, Yes next time I hope to have more time... When we started the trip, I thought of trying to plan this and that and everywhere we went it just didn't work out... It was nice to show Abby some things and see the people we did... We did walk thru some of the buildings at the fair but I sure didn't know anybody...

We gotta run, hope all of you have a great day!!!

07/21/09 08:59 AM #5564

Cindy Georgi (Rosener)

Good Morning all...Well it is a cloudy day in Fairbury again this morning...That is all we can seem to get here is clouds...No rain...We had .15 here yesterday, and Daykin had rain like you were spitting in the wind....Otherwise none...I see those Kansans are being greedy and taking it all...LOL...They have been having some big rains there and even some flooding in areas...We would just like to have a 2 inch, nice soaking rain...Is that to much to ask for????

Nippler....Haven't heard anything on the maters lately??? Do you even have any??? BLT's sure do sound good....I hope you are watching those storms down there in Oz land....They were some bad ones by look at radar last night...Stay safe my friend....Hope you day is the greatest...HUGSSSSS

Little Buddy...Are you and Nippler big talkers on these maters or what?? Have not heard of one of you eating a BLT...What is up with that??? Is Kristie canning??? This weather sure is nice for your job...Keeps the sweat from rolling in your eyes...:) Wishing you a wonderful day....HUGSSSSS

Roe...Where have you been??? Can't seem to catch you anywhere?? You must be a busy busy boy...Are you on the treadmill and can't get off or what?? Check in with us...Have a marvelous day...HUGSSSS

Sweet Pea...Two Peas in a Pod.....Dave Grumpy because of rain...Jerry Grumpy because no rain...How do we keep these two happy??? It is a day to day job, let me tell you....I guess I don't have to tell you, you already know..LOL...The temps have been great for this time of the year though...It is the only thing that is saving us at this time...The crops are hanging in there other than the corn may be getting a disease now...Always something...
Well girl, have a wonderful day...Missing you soooo much...HUGSSSSSS

Wishing you all a pleasant day....:)

Friends are like flowers that bloom in lifes garden....

07/21/09 04:40 PM #5565

Cindy Pfingsten (Judd)

Cindy....Yes it is always something! If we could just share the rain and sun we could make some grumpy men happy! I don't blame them!!! Dave didn't come in until way late two nights in a roll trying to get the alfalfa down so it would have time to dry, Forecast rain late Monday night. He thought he had the timing down right...only problem, it is a constant moving target!
I hope you get your well deserved rain soon....and yes, these cool days are a huge plus! LOVING IT!

07/22/09 08:56 AM #5566

Cindy Georgi (Rosener)

Good Morning Everyone....It is a great morning again today...Man, I'm enjoying these wonderful temps...80's...Wow,who would of ever thought....Still no rain here and it only sounds like very slim chances if any at all for the next several days....Makes for grumpy husband....Oh, well life goes on and we will make the best out of what we can do....:) There are much worse things in life than this....So we will deal with it...

We are already in the middle of the week...How the time does fly....I have so much to do and so little time...Is that a sign of aging??? Thats what I thought...I'm just getting slower at what I do....

I'm trying to think of something exciting that has been going on in F-Town....Having a hard time coming up with anything....Kind of a boring town I live in....But its my town and I love it here...Tonight the Fairbury Journal comes out so maybe I can find some news in it and report to you tomorrow...;)

Sweet Pea...Another trail ride????? Wow, you go girl....How fun will that be...Is it were you went with Lisa, Sherry, etc....Who is going this time??? You lucky girl...I hope you have the greatest time...To bad you weren't doing it in a week or two...I could see you down there when I'm on vacation...You see I'm missing you again....:( Well best be getting some things done instead of on the puter....I will be talking with you...Love you...HUGSSSS

Hope your day is the bestest day ever.....

Life is rather like a can of sardines....We're all looking for the key.....
