Michael Lee Underwood 50, of St. Joseph, MO passed away Sunday October 10, 2010 near Willow Brook, Missouri. He was born February 2, 1960 in St. Joseph, Missouri son of Margaret & Melvin Underwood. He graduated from Mid-Buchanan High School Class of 1978. He worked at Avery-Dennison as a Machine Operator for 16 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, softball, bowling, and golf, and really loved to mushroom hunt. He was an avid chief’s fan. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, and his best friend and brother, Larry Stephen Underwood. He is survived by former wife and mother of his children - Trolena (Agee) Underwood of St. Joseph, MO; 2 daughters - Nollee and husband Kyle Luke of Topeka, KS, Tinsley Underwood of St. Joseph, MO; 2 sisters - Peggy Thomas of Leavenworth, KS, Brenda Langemach of Kansas City, MO; A memorial service will be held Monday, October 18, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Rupp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Sunday at the Rupp Funeral Home. He will be cremated under the direction of the Rupp Funeral Home.
