I seem to remember that Perry passed away of Leukemia.I know during the football season of our 10th grade, 67-68, Perry was rubbing his side all the time.There is no date of death listed for him on the In Memory section it is showing year unknown.I think it was 69 or after Christmas I remember going to the memorial we had for him.I do remember during the summer fball of 67 Perry kept asking what they were throwing off the Tallahatchie Bridge, the song Billy Jo Gentry was singing at the time......  John Broadwell
