Graduated from UNI in 2003. Worked in Des Moines for 10 years at the Convention Center / Vets Auditorium before moving to Spencer in June 2004 to become the Executive Director at the Clay County Regional Events Center.

I met my wife, Trudy, in Des Moines, and we celebrated our 10-year anniversary in July 2008. We have four beautiful children. Neeless to say, we have a busy household!
