I weighed 9lbs. 8oz. when I was born and I have been gaining almost ever since. I have lost some once in a while but never really leveled of. I weighed only 110 lbs. when I graduated and after college I jumped to 112 and after becoming mentally ill (less than a year later)I went to 142 but it is hard to stay light when you have to take meds everyday, but can't complain because I feel better than I did 27 1/2 years ago.

I love the idea of having our high school pictures on our profiles. Sometimes our memories aren't as sharp as they were. Great job!

I'm with you Claire. I had posted mine originally under my photos but when it was set up like that, I deleted it since it was on twice. Great idea as usual!

Wow.. I have been off this Message Forum for awhile... It is amazing how everyone can come up with things in the past... from spit-balls to skinney diping...
To set the record straight... We paited Mark Roys Custom 500 in Camo using only the finest floor and deck enamel first... It was so good that Jeff Harvey asked us to pait his car.... Black base with Red and Yellow Flames... yes I did paint the lug nuts on the vehicle however if you remember right I was the only one Not Drinking at the time.... Mark Roy, Kirk, Peter, Bob N and Fred G were also in on it... Mark Roy was an Artist on painting the Joint.. I believe there was a "79" painted on the rear trunk as well... Just a work of Art... Anyway...as for the Nun's... They all left an mark... (pun intended)... 4th grade Nelly Belly.. very intense... had me sit in the back of the class because I was one of the taller boys... would give me Greef when I could not answer questions from the board...Geeee Come to find out I was Blind as a Bat and could not see a thing over 3 feet away... Very mean old lady ahahahahaha... Y.M.O.T.R = Young Men On The Rise... Yes the concept does seem innocent... however it was not... When the Principle Mr Wadell would anounce tonights Vollyball games,, the Eagles vs Y.M.O.T.R ... well needless to say we would smile... Members.. Myself (president) Paul Vice President, Peter (ski bum) Mark Roy Chauffer, Fred G Bob Nadeau, Kirk....We had Dale Bourgoing Class of 1978 and Dan Chasse (he was in College) in there as well... SEE you all in July

Great story Tim! Such crazy days 30 years ago...

Is any one feeling a bit ansy about the reunion?. It's closing in so quickly. Well I AM...1000 miles between flying & rental cars & making it in 1 piece...30 years ago, I would have NEVER felt that way. Some of you are coming even further. We are remembered by the way we are last remembered. Regardless of the 30 years that have passed, I will try VERY hard to remember you all. Forgive me if I don't...you know pushing 48 & all:)

Gloria, first I want to wish you an advance happy birthday and remember you are not as old as me after all I am 1 year and two weeks older exactly than you are. We will have something interesting to do at the reunion when all first arrive.

Allen, thanks for the reminder....wow, 30 years ago tonight..graduation..

...do you remember our exchange student from Brazil, Daisy Lima? The entire time she stayed with our family she never wanted to go out and socialize. Poor thing, she was miserably cold all the time...you can imagine coming from S.A. to northern Maine right in the dead of winter. When she would go to bed at night from winter on through spring she slept with a knitted cap, mittens and heavy socks on her feet. Well, graduation night was one of the only times she was agreeable to going out without any coaxing. I remember the big graduation party at Donna & Linda's at Eagle Lake. Daisy had a blast but really regretted the fact that she should have gone out more while she was here. She really connected with some classmates that night. I think we stayed up until dawn. She left early the next day - the 14th - on my 18th birthday to fly out for Brazil. We kept in touch briefly through the years but somehow lost touch. I'd love to find her on facebook or some other networking site someday....

Donna, have a GREAT birthday tomorrow. I surely remember Daisy Lima...the gloves would never come off. Remember that? I forgot she had stayed with you. She was so cold when she 1st came, she wore gloves in class all day long. Didn't we go to that party together? I'm pretty sure if I recall you picked me up in your dad's pickup. I don't remember Daisy being there unfortunately since as you said, she never went out. She sure found out what she was missing didn't she?:) She was a great gal.

Susan Ouellette (Linehan)

Lisa, I do remember you getting stranded but I don't remember who had your car keys. Guess our life would have been easier with cell phones!

To all Red Sox fans.....

My 15 year old son (who is diagnosed with autism) will be announcing "Play Ball" at Saturday, June 20th, game. Red Sox VS Atlantic Braves. Although I have the pleasure of being in attendance, only my husband, Paul, and Patrick will be on the field for the Father's Day game.

Everyone, thanks for your patience as my dear hubby, is working through posting all the classmate profile photos...it is taking longer than we originally thought....we have finished through the "N's" and hope to complete it soon.
